Tele Sales Executive (Solar Consultant)

Essential Duties
  • Call prospects that have inquired about Solar and educate on Solar benefits
  • Focus on achieving the desired result leading to business growth
  • Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries
  • Meet the assigned targets
  • Full time / Part time / Work from home
  • Solar Training will be provided
Knowledge and skill requirements
  • 1+ years Sales experience

Solar Sales Manager

Essential Duties
  • Educate prospects about Solar benefits
  • Should be self-driven professional to set and achieve Sales target
  • Execute Sales contract and track payments as per company defined processes
Knowledge and skill requirements
  • 2+ years Sales experience
  • Basic understanding of Solar
  • Self-disciplined and result-oriented
  • Ability to follow processes

  • Valid Driver’s License

Solar Engineer

Solar Engineer is responsible for Solar project Design and Execution with highest quality standards to customers.

Primary responsibilities and tasks of a Solar Engineer include:

  • Site evaluation and measurements
  • Design the solar rooftop projects
  • Prepare the BOM /BOQ as per design
  • Power Generation analysis for the plant
  • AC /DC Cable sizing for the plant as per load requirement
  • Costing & estimation for Solar projects
  • Co-ordinate with Electrical & Civil Contractors for Erection & Commissioning
  • Coordination with Client
  • Ensure the work execution as per approved drawings
  • Preparing record of Consumption and reconciliation of material
  • Technical discussion with customer
  • Prepare Work Completion Report and Customer Feedback

Competencies and skills required

  • 2+ years Experience in Solar or Civil Engineer projects
  • Experience and understanding of Rooftop & ground-mounted Solar projects
  • Self-disciplined and result-oriented
  • Leadership Skills
  • Good communication skills – English, Hindi and Telugu
  • Time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Data entry and basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle pressure

 

PV Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for preparing the schedule and budget of solar construction projects, and ensures that milestones and deliverables are met throughout the life of the project. The Manager should handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development.

Essential Duties
  • Design & Development of Solar PV & Solar Hybrid systems
  • Prepare basic engineering details and data sheet for order received as per proposal commitments and specification.
  • Support initial component selection and procurement
  • Coordination of installation schedules; management of staffing to ensure on-time completion
  • Coordination of permitting for projects
  • Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget
  • Procure materials and services for projects
  • Create project budget based upon quotes and bids; track project costs
  • Perform regular check-ins with job superintendents to gauge project progress
  • Serve as point-of-contact for customers/clients during each project
  • Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required
  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Experience in Preparation of Feasibility Report / Detailed Project Report
  • Develop detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation; Complete electrical and structural designs for photovoltaic projects
  • Troubleshooting issues relating to installations
Knowledge and skill requirements
  • 2+ years solar project management experience
  • 5+ years previous experience in project management and/or construction operations
  • Experience and understanding of Rooftop & ground-mounted Solar projects
  • Self-disciplined and result-oriented
  • Solid understanding of Project Management process
  • Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues
  • Good record keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel, depending on project location
  • Valid Driver’s License

Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive ensures that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. Customer Service Executive answers all the inquiries of customers, provide them with requisite information, help them in troubleshooting and address their complaints.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Answer calls of customers to tell them about the services of company, handle orders and resolve their queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Keep database of customers up to date and correct errors in it
  • Process orders of customers, issue invoice and dispatch the order on time
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests
  • Follow-up with customer for documents and timely payment
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Competencies and skills required

Customer Service Executive acts as a liaison between customers and the client company. good communication and listening skills, are patient and attentive as well. The candidate must be a quick learner so that he could have complete knowledge of the product. A good command over English and fluency are also prerequisites for this job role.
